PE300 has a low molecular weight and a comparably low density. The material is relatively soft and therefore demonstrates good damping characteristics. PE300 has high impact strength and elongation at break. Other outstanding qualities such as its low moisture absorption, good chemical resistance, and good insulation behaviour make PE300 a very versatile material.

PE 500 can be an affordable alternative to the PE1000 standard plastics in applications with less need for wear and impact resistance. This versatile polyethylene is often used in the food industry (meat and fish processing). Molar mass (approx. 500.000 g/mol.). The reclaimed version is more attractive in terms of price.
